Kristen J. McAhren is counsel in Cadwalader’s Washington, DC office. A member of Cadwalader’s antitrust and global litigation departments, she is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses her practice on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of antitrust and global dispute resolution, from case inception through trial and appeals, in the United States and abroad. She has also represented clients in criminal investigations and regulatory antitrust matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the EU Commission, and others.
