He advises public and private companies, including private equity, pension, and infrastructure funds, on complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, co-investments, and joint ventures. He counsels clients across many industries, including infrastructure, transportation, rail, energy, chemicals, financial services, technology, and real estate. Notable transactions include representing Igneo Infrastructure Partners in the acquisitions of Patriot Rail and Ports, Terra-Gen (renewable energy), Soltage (renewable energy) and US Signal (data centres and fibre network).
