About Janne Glæsel

Janne Glæsel is an attorney and partner at Nyborg & Rørdam law firm who specialises in data protection, IPR and litigation. Janne has been practising law since 1978. Prior to joining Nyborg & Rørdam law firm in 2018, she worked at two of the largest Danish law firms (as a partner 1986–2018). Janne has been working in data protection since the 1990s, when she was involved in shaping the first Danish data protection act. She served as vice-chair of the Danish Data Protection Council for 18 years, co-founded the association of Danish IT attorneys, and has written various articles on data protection.
