About Woon Hum Tan

Woon Hum Tan is a senior partner and heads the trust, asset and wealth management practice at Shook Lin & Bok LLP. He has practised law since 1996 and is widely regarded as one of the rare market leaders specialising in investment funds, wealth management and family offices. For more than two decades, he has advised on and established approximately 30 listed REITs, numerous retail funds, Cayman funds and Singapore funds of various strategies and sizes, including more than 100 variable capital company (VCC) funds. He is conversant in English and Mandarin and holds a law degree and an MBA (Finance).
