About Chou Sean Yu

Chou Sean Yu is the managing partner of WongPartnership and head of its litigation and dispute resolution group. He also leads the banking and financial disputes practice, and is a partner in the international arbitration practice. His areas include banking disputes, insolvency, fraud, investigations, asset recovery, regulatory matters and arbitration. Sean Yu is frequently appointed as an arbitrator and serves on panels of major arbitration centres, including the SIAC, AIAC, KCAB, MIAC, JCAA, BICAM, HIAC and RAC. He is a chartered arbitrator and the former chair of the CIArb Singapore branch, and is a specialist mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
