About Frank Oh Sheng Loong

Frank Oh Sheng Loong is a partner in WongPartnership’s banking and financial disputes practice. His main areas are international arbitration, litigation and mediation covering commercial, international sales, energy and investment matters, with a focus on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes as well as insolvency and restructuring. He has advised and acted for global clients in the Singapore courts and in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (eg, SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, AIAC), including investor-State disputes. Frank has extensive experience in arbitration-related court proceedings. He is also an accredited mediator at the Singapore Mediation Centre and has acted as both mediator and counsel.
