Frank Oh Sheng Loong is a partner in WongPartnership’s banking and financial disputes and international arbitration practices. His main areas are international arbitration, litigation and mediation covering commercial, international sales, energy and investment matters, with a focus on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes as well as insolvency and restructuring. He has advised and acted for global clients in the Singapore courts and in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (eg, SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, AIAC), including investor-State disputes. Frank has extensive experience in arbitration-related court proceedings. He is also an accredited mediator and has acted in mediations as both mediator and counsel.
