About Josephine Choo

Josephine Choo is a partner in WongPartnership’s specialist and private client disputes practice. Her expertise spans criminal law and family disputes, including wills, probate and estate administration. She has also been involved in employment-related matters as well as those involving minority oppression and also restraint of trade. Josephine has particular experience in building- and infrastructure-related disputes. She has also acted as defence and prosecution counsel in cases involving professional misconduct. Josephine is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a member of the Law Society of Singapore, Inquiry Panel.
