About Josephine Choo

Josephine Choo is the deputy head of WongPartnership’s specialist and private client disputes practice. Her expertise spans criminal law and family disputes, including wills, probate and estate administration. She has also been involved in employment-related matters, as well as those involving minority oppression and restraint of trade. Josephine has particular experience in building- and infrastructure-related disputes. She has also acted as defence and prosecution counsel in cases involving professional misconduct. Josephine is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a member of the Law Society of Singapore, Inquiry Panel.
