About Monica CHONG Wan Yee

Monica CHONG Wan Yee is a partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration practices at WongPartnership. She maintains an active court and international arbitration practice across a broad range of sectors including energy, financial services, business consultancy, trade and investment. A key focus of Monica’s practice is the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, along with related challenges and recovery efforts. Monica is an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. She serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration and is currently serving her second term as a member of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing).
