Smitha Menon heads WongPartnership’s restructuring practice and is a partner in the international arbitration, India and special situations advisory practices. Smitha holds key appointments as vice president of the International Insolvency Institute, assistant secretary of the Financial Women’s Association (Singapore), board member of the Stichting Bob Wessels Insolvency Law Collection, council member of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, and Asia group leader of the World Law Group’s restructuring and insolvency practice. She is on the SIAC Specialist Panel of Arbitrators for Restructuring and Insolvency Disputes, the Income Tax Board of Review Panel and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission Panel of Arbitrators.
