About Tay Peng Cheng

Tay Peng Cheng is head of the energy, projects and construction practice at WongPartnership, and focuses on the energy and utility industries, construction and engineering projects, and civil, commercial and property developments. He represents clients (including developers, contractors and consultants) in court and arbitration proceedings involving large-scale energy and utilities projects, construction and engineering contracts, and supply and offtake agreements. Peng Cheng is also active in drafting and reviewing contracts, project documentation and the management of construction claims. He is appointed to the panel of arbitrators and adjudicators of various institutions regionally, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
