About Brian Farber

Brian Farber is counsel in the New York office of CahillNXT, Cahill’s globally recognised Digital Assets and Emerging Technology practice. Brian advises clients on all matters in the space of digital assets, including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and securities regulatory. Brian also has deep experience of working with product and development teams to design digital asset products in a compliant manner, and guiding regulators through the products’ underlying technology. Prior to joining, Brian was the general counsel of an industry-leading tokenisation platform and blockchain-enabled transfer agent.
