Sneha Jha
is a partner in Cahill’s New York office, where she focuses her practice on private credit matters. Sneha previously worked at Golub Capital, a market-leading direct lender, where she structured and negotiated private credit transactions including LBOs, cross-border deals, refinancings and restructurings. She has more than 15 years of experience representing predominately lenders in complex financing transactions, including private credit, syndicated leveraged finance, restructuring and project finance.
