Peter G. Williams
is co-head of Cahill’s private credit group. He joined the firm from one of the world’s largest private credit institutions, where he was a managing director and formerly served as the US Head of Structuring, a role in which he led structuring, negotiation and documentation for private credit transactions. With deep experience and perspective on all things private credit, Peter focuses his practice advising market-leading private credit institutions on their most important transactions.
