About Atsushi Nishitani

Atsushi Nishitani handles crisis management and insolvency matters, including those in cross-border cases, with practical advice enhanced by his experience in Tokyo and New York at one of the largest Japanese trading corporations. Throughout his career, he has engaged in fraud investigation and asset tracing/recovery, including financial frauds and quality-test frauds, as a member of investigation committees established by Japanese listed corporations. He also has wide experience with cross-border crisis management matters, such as a financial fraud in China and a bribery case in Indonesia which triggered the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977.
