About Azusa Hongo

Azusa Hongo is a senior associate in the competition/antitrust practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. After graduating from Nagoya University Law School in 2018 and being registered as a member of Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association in 2019, she moved to the Osaka office and registered as a member of the Osaka Bar Association. Her practice focuses on competition law and she supports clients in securing swift merger control clearances and implementing business strategies in compliance with the Anti-Monopoly Act. She also handles other practice areas including foreign investment, economic security and cross-border transactions.
