About Gen Takahashi

Gen Takahashi is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune and co-chair of the firm’s Singapore office. He handles a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on cross-border and domestic M&A, and provides practical legal advice based on his experience of working in Singapore and Australia, as well as in the M&A division of a major securities firm. His other major areas of practice encompass general corporate, antitrust and commercial contracts. He graduated with an LLM degree from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and is admitted as a lawyer in Japan and in New York.
