In particular, he has worked on countless derivatives transactions involving ISDA documentation on behalf of his clients and is familiar with derivatives documentation practice. He robustly deals with complex transactions with multi-jurisdictional elements while working closely with leading overseas law firms. He also covers a wide range of financial regulatory and cross-border legal issues, taking advantage of his work experience at the Financial Services Agency of Japan and at the Financial Markets Law Committee in London.
