About Eiichiro Nakatani

Eiichiro Nakatani was admitted to the Bar in 1984, and is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He specialises in tax matters, particularly international taxation and tax treaties. He was recently involved in a successful tax litigation case where the deductibility of interests resulting from a “debt-push-down” scheme conducted among group companies was challenged (appealed and pending at the Tokyo High Court).
