About Etsuko Hara

Etsuko Hara is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune and has broad experience in the antitrust field, including multi-jurisdictional merger filings and arrangements for strategic alliances. She is also experienced in cross-border distribution, licensing and franchise agreements. Etsuko graduated with an LLM degree from Columbia Law School and was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007.
