She has broad experience in the area of antitrust, including multi-jurisdictional merger filings and arrangements for strategic alliances. She is also experienced in cross-border distribution, licence and franchise agreements. She graduated with an LLM degree from Columbia Law School and was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007. She recently co-authored ‘Introduction to Japanese Business Law & Practice Third Edition’ (2017).
