About Etsuko Hara

Etsuko Hara is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune who has broad experience in the area of antitrust, including multi-jurisdictional merger filings and arrangements for strategic alliances. She is also experienced in cross-border distribution, licensing and franchise agreements. She graduated with an LLM degree from Columbia Law School, and was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007. She recently co-authored “Japanese Anti-monopoly Act – Annotated (Edition 2)” (2022) and “Introduction to Japanese Business Law & Practice Fifth Edition” (2021).
