Koji Kawamura is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, and specialises in the areas of securitisation, structured finance, and other types of finance transactions. He has substantial experience in the securitisation of consumer loans, lease receivables, instalment sales or buy-now-pay-later receivables, residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
