About Kosuke Tsunashima

Kosuke Tsunashima is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, with expertise in dispute resolution. He represents domestic and international clients across diverse industries in litigation, mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes, including those arising from M&A, finance transactions, real estate, product liability and intellectual property. He also has extensive experience leading complex mass litigation, including securities litigation and other large-scale disputes. He served as Officer of the IBA Litigation Committee, Regional Representative Asia-Pacific from 2024 through 2025, and has been chair of the Asia-Pacific Working Group since 2026.
