About Kaoru Sato

Kaoru Sato is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and advises on a wide spectrum of structured finance matters, such as securitisation of receivables and real property, and project finance and PFI/PPP. He also has extensive experience in finance transactions, including debt financing by REITs, non-recourse loans and corporate loans of various kinds.  His experience prior to joining Anderson Mori & Tomotsune includes working at a Japanese securities company and at a government-affiliated financial institution.
