He is experienced in the various aspects of dispute resolution that arise in connection with corporate, including consumer-related matters. In particular, he engages in disputes concerning M&A transactions, finance transactions, IT matters, internet issues, energy transactions, real estate transactions, product safety issues, labour issues and tax issues in Japan and overseas. Kei taught the methodology of business dispute resolution classes at the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Law. He is widely published.
