About Kei Akagawa

Kei Akagawa is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who specialises in dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and out-of-court dispute resolution, including international dispute resolution). He is experienced in the various aspects of dispute resolution that arise in connection with corporate work, including consumer-related matters. In particular, he engages in disputes concerning M&A transactions, finance transactions, IT matters, internet issues, energy transactions, real estate transactions, product safety issues, labour issues and tax issues in Japan and overseas. Kei has taught the methodology of business dispute resolution at the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Law and international civil procedure classes at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics. He is widely published.
