About Kei Sasaki

Kei Sasaki is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who provides comprehensive advice in a wide range of areas, focusing on financial transactions, financial regulations, and taxation. He has particular expertise in structured finance (real estate and other asset finance), project finance (including private finance initiative and energy projects), syndicated loan transactions and international fund transactions.
