About Hiroaki Takahashi

Hiroaki Takahashi is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who advises on structured finance, including securitisation, real estate investment (J-REIT) and project finance. His experience in securitisation includes active involvement in various domestic and international securitisations of asset-backed commercial paper, lease and credit card receivables, bank loans (collateralised loan obligations), housing loans (mortgages), consumer loans, auto loans, apartment loans, real estate, entertainment businesses and cemetery leaseholds. He has been advising on securitisation matters for more than 20 years, ever since the emergence of the securitisation market in Japan in the mid-1990s.
