About Hirofumi Wada

Hirofumi Wada is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune who has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on renewable energy-related transactions, including project finance and investment in renewable energy projects, as well as private finance initiatives and other financial transactions. In recent years, he has advised numerous consortia on offshore wind projects under development, and has also provided a wide range of legal advice on projects related to BESS and CPPAs, acting as counsel to both lenders and sponsors, domestically and internationally. He is a member of Renewable Energy Association for Sustainable Power supply (REASP).
