About Makoto Terazaki

Makoto Terazaki advises on economic security and international trade, including investment regulations and public procurement matters, at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He also handles general corporate and transactional matters across multiple industries. He has represented national and local governments, private companies, and banks in numerous PPP/PFI projects, including domestic and overseas infrastructure development and concession arrangements. He focuses on project finance and draws on his experience during his secondment to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, particularly in aviation, airport, construction, and water supply matters. He also advises on M&A and regional revitalisation projects involving public-sector negotiations throughout Japan and abroad.
