About Makoto Terazaki

Makoto Terazaki advises on general corporate legal matters in various fields. He has represented national government, local governments, private companies, and banks in many PPP/PFI projects including domestic and overseas infrastructure development and management (concession) projects. Mr Terazaki specialises in financial transactions, particularly project finance. In addition, taking advantage of his experience seconded to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Mr Terazaki has extensive experience in construction projects (including building and water supply) and transportation projects (including airports and aviation).
