About Michi Yamagami

Michi Yamagami is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and has extensive experience in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance and internal investigation matters. He was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 1999 and the New York Bar in 2005. His recent publications include “Introduction to Japanese Business Law & Practice Fifth Edition” (2021) and “Mergers & Acquisitions 2nd Edition (Japan Chapter)” (2016).
