About Naoko Takasaki

Naoko Takasaki is a special counsel at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and provides legal services focusing on international trade law (WTO agreements, free trade agreements, trade remedies, export control, etc) to private entities and governments. Having worked at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for eight years, Ms Takasaki has extensive experience in international trade policy and in domestic and overseas trade measures. She was the leading lawyer in several WTO dispute settlement cases and was also involved in various trade negotiations, including the subsidiary chapter in several FTA/EPA negotiations and the Japan-USA critical mineral agreements.
