About Shunsuke Domon

Shunsuke Domon is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and has expertise in cross-border disputes. He has acted as counsel in a number of international arbitration cases under major institutional rules, including ICC, SIAC and JCAA, as well as in mediation cases (including an online mediation under the JIMC-SIMC Joint Covid-19 Protocol). He has also advised clients in cross-border disputes involving various jurisdictions. He has been accepted as FCIArb and FSIArb and served as the Chair of the Research Committee of the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA).
