About Suguru Yokoi

Suguru Yokoi is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune and a registered foreign lawyer at Nakamura & Associates, the association firm in Hong Kong. He is also a former representative of AMT’s Beijing office and Shanghai office. He has extensive experience in advising private companies and government agencies in international trade law (WTO, FTAs, trade remedies, export control, etc) and sustainability law (business and human rights) as well as in corporate matters relating to the Greater China area. In particular, he regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on trade remedy cases initiated in Asia, including PRC, India, Thailand and Japan.
