Raku Raku
is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune and co-chair of the firm’s Singapore office. He specialises in M&A and provides advice to foreign and domestic clients on the acquisition of companies in Japan as well as business integration and other corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience assisting Chinese clients making investments in Japan. He has an LLM degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2007 and in New York in 2013. He also assists clients in the general corporate area.
