Taiki Hirono is a senior associate at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. His practice focuses on both cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters. He has extensive experience advising clients on joint venture formations involving domestic companies, as well as on partnerships between domestic and international entities across various industries, including manufacturing, service provision, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.
