Ciaran Rose is a corporate and finance lawyer with dual admission in Ireland and California. As Of-Counsel with Atsumi and Sakai, he assists clients on complex and high-value transactions involving M&A, restructuring and finance. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for leading law firms in Vietnam and Japan, and a world-leading aircraft lessor in Ireland, gaining exposure to capital markets, structured finance, derivatives, financial regulation, aircraft leasing, project finance and intellectual property. Ciaran has contributed to multiple publications and seminars on contract drafting, IP prosecution, data protection, financial regulation and Japanese business law and practice.
