Daniel Jarrett is a partner in Atsumi & Sakai focusing on advising in the finance, corporate, energy, renewables and project finance sectors. He regularly advises foreign banks and companies on all aspects of their investments in Japan (including securitisation), together with advising Japanese companies on projects in the corporate, energy and ship finance sectors inside and outside Japan. Having worked in Japan for nine years, including two years on secondment to one of the largest Japanese trading companies, Daniel provides clear commercial advice to assist companies in navigating the Japanese market.
