About Kenichi Tanizaki

Kenichi Tanizaki is a partner of Atsumi and Sakai, and has advised major banks and financial institutions, securities firms, insurance companies, fintech companies and venture capitalists on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including API developed by a bank, cashless settlement, money transfer services and other innovative services, in addition to regulatory, compliance and AML/CFT issues. Prior to joining the firm, Kenichi worked at one of Japan’s major banks, handling a wide range of banking transactions and services. He presented seminars on fintech, regulatory issues and cashless settlement for domestic and international financial institutions.
