About Hayato Kimura

Hayato Kimura is a partner with Atsumi and Sakai. He has more than ten years of experience advising on financial transactions, securitisations, real estate, tech, corporate insolvency, reorganisations and liquidation matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a real estate investment advisory company and a real estate investment department of a Japanese securities company. Hayato is a key member of the firm’s innovation practice group and co-authored a book (Japanese) entitled “6000 Legal Countermeasures for Financial Institutions Volume 4: Money Lending & Collection”, published by Kinzai Institute for Financial Affairs in 2022.
