About Yuka Daimon

Yuka Daimon is a partner at Atsumi & Sakai and a member of the firm’s life sciences practice team. Her areas of specialisation include pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, medical and healthcare regulations, cross-border corporate transactions, data privacy issues, and IP transactions. Additionally, as the lead researcher at our Policy Research Institute, she engages in policy advocacy on AI, data and healthcare-related issues. Yuka holds degrees from the University of Tokyo, the University of Tokyo Law School and the University of Chicago Law School. She is admitted to practise law in Japan, California and New York.
