Sandy P. Fay is a shareholder in the Colodny Fass insurance regulatory and corporate transactions division. Mr Fay works with insurance regulators across the United States, assisting clients with all facets of the regulatory process, representing national insurance industry clients on a variety of matters, including the formation and licensing of start-up insurers and insurance-related entities, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisation, state expansion, compliance, solvency, agency licensing, reinsurance, holding company and affiliate transactions, financial and market conduct examinations, and rate and form filing matters. Additionally, he counsels clients on corporate and transactional matters, including shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements, financing, and loan transactions.
