About Chihiro Tsukada

Chihiro Tsukada is a counsel at Mori Hamada with over ten years of experience, primarily focused on crisis management and compliance practices – including providing support for corporate efforts to address human rights matters. He was seconded to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, where he directly drafted the Guidelines on Respecting Human Rights in Responsible Supply Chains. He published his single-authored book titled “Business and Human Rights – From Basics to Actual Practice” in April 2024. In 2024, He committed to donate 1% of his annual income to organisations that address human-rights and/or environmental issues.
