About Daiki Ishikawa

Daiki Ishikawa is a partner at the Tokyo office of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. He has extensive expertise in M&A practice and intellectual property and data transactions, both international and domestic. His expertise focuses particularly on cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on IP, licensing, and data including transactions for technology sectors, where his knowledge and experience in both M&A and IP/data can be most effectively utilised. He also has expertise on advising on space business law. Mr Ishikawa was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2008.
