About Daisuke Tsuta

Daisuke Tsuta is a counsel at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. Daisuke specialises in cybersecurity and privacy law. He was admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2010. Daisuke worked at the Kinki Local Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance from 2014–15, at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications from 2015–17, and at the National Centre of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (NISC) from 2017–20.
