About Daniel Allen

Daniel Allen is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, ranked in Chambers & Partners and numerous other guides and directories. He is an experienced advocate and international arbitration specialist, acting as lead counsel in international commercial and construction arbitration proceedings. Daniel has represented clients in several investment treaty arbitrations, including at ICSID. He also sits as an arbitrator and teaches international arbitration at Kobe University. Before joining MHM, Daniel was a member of the international arbitration group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and a patent litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Daniel graduated from Stanford Law School.
