Fuyuki Uchitsu is a partner at Mori Hamada, specialising in real estate, construction, structured finance and banking, with expertise in hotel transactions in Japan. He has been supporting a large number of overseas investors in hotel real estate investments over the past few years and is well-versed in structuring hotel investments and negotiating agreements with hotel operators, whether they are worldwide operators or Japanese local operators. His publications include Legal Practices for Hotel Real Estate Investments and “Acquisitions of Hotel Operators” (ARES Journal, June 2024).
