About Kazuo Yoshida

Kazuo Yoshida is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. He has a broad range of experience in insurance law and regulations. He was assigned to the Insurance Business Division of the Supervisory Bureau of the Financial Services Agency of Japan from 2012 to 2014 as a fixed-term government employee (Deputy Director). With this background and expertise, he has been working with many domestic and foreign insurance companies on insurance law and regulatory issues, corporate governance matters, and dispute resolutions. He frequently writes articles and appears as a lecturer at public seminars on insurance regulatory issues.
