About Keita Nakano

Keita Nakano is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto who has extensive experience in investment fund matters in connection with structuring⁠, formation⁠, fund-raising and ongoing maintenance⁠. He has been involved in a number of public offerings and private placements of securities of investment trusts/corporations/partnerships for traditional investment funds as well as alternative investment funds⁠, such as buy-out⁠, venture capital⁠, real estate⁠, hedge⁠, credit⁠, and infrastructure funds⁠. He has particular expertise in alternative investment funds that leverage multiple legal frameworks to achieve innovative investment strategies. Keita is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
