About Hiromi Hayashi

Hiromi Hayashi is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. Hiromi specialises in communications laws and regulations and authored the Japanese section of The Preston Gates Guide to Telecommunications in Asia in 2005. Hiromi’s other areas of practice are international and domestic transactions, takeover bids, and corporate restructuring. Hiromi was admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007. Hiromi worked at Mizuho Corporate Bank from 1989–94 and was with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York from 2006–07.
