About Hironobu Noma

Hironobu Noma has advised on many energy projects, including large-scale thermal power plants and a broad range of renewable energy projects. In particular, he has extensive experience in advising on offshore wind projects since his secondment to Ashurst (London), and represented a project company and its sponsors in the first offshore wind project in Japan. He also has strong relationships with project finance lenders through his secondment to the project finance division of Mizuho Bank. He was admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2009.
